The Background
Lite is a Riyadh-based fintech founded by Fahad Anteet, Mohamed Faheem, and Soliman Aldukhil, building a cloud-native, API-first payments platform for Saudi businesses, covering acceptance, wallets, and issuing. Backed by a $3.2M pre-seed round led by Scene Holding, Lite is working toward an Electronic Money Institution license from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) as part of the Kingdom's push toward a cashless economy under Vision 2030. Lite brought Kaii Lab on to build Lite's website on Webflow, for: fast turnaround, self-manageable CMS, pre-launch timeline, covering the full page set from homepage to legal pages.
The Challenge
Lite's website needed a full page set, homepage, six product pages, About Us, Careers, Solutions, and legal pages, built and populated against a fixed launch deadline. Midway through delivery, the team was reduced to a single developer handling bug fixes and content population simultaneously, while still absorbing a handful of late-stage design tweaks. Keeping pace meant breaking every page into granular ClickUp tickets, often generated directly from design screenshots, and running a tightly phased content and QA schedule to hit the deadline without sacrificing quality.

The Results
Lite's website launched on time. Early response has been strong, with the client reporting positive feedback on the site shortly after launch. The finished site gives Lite an investor-facing presence to support its pre-seed momentum and ongoing SAMA licensing push.
The Achievement
- Delivered a 12-page Webflow website for a Saudi payments platform, launched on schedule.
- Built a page-by-page ClickUp ticket breakdown, including tickets generated from design screenshots, which kept scope and progress clear.
- Ran a phased content population and QA schedule across the Homepage, 6 Product pages, About Us, Careers, Solutions, and legal pages.
- Coordinated the team through a tight final week, with bug fixes, content population, and small tweaks handled in parallel.
- Received positive client feedback on the response to the website after launch.
